RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

we do accept exchanges. Requests will only be honored if inquired upon within 14 days of the order ship date. All items must be in the original packaging, free of defects and in as-new condition. After the 14-day period no exchanges are available.

Please send an email to info@playdotapparel.cm containing all details on your exchange and a return address will be given.

How to send back your exchange:

All domestic/international orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. Please indicate on your invoice what desired model/size you are requesting for exchange.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, Playdot Apparel reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a electronic receipt is automatically recorded confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Playdot Apparel shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Playdot Apparel shall issue a credit note for the amount of the incorrect price.

Playdot Apparel respects our customer’s personal information as private and confidential. We will not share your information with any outside organizations or individuals. None of your Credit / Debit card information is stored on this site. We use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely.
